What is DGPS Survey?
DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) is an advanced surveying technique that delivers centimeter-level accuracy — far more precise than a regular GPS, which can be off by several meters.
It works using two units: a base station at a fixed, known location, and a rover that moves across the survey site. The base station compares its known position with satellite data and sends real-time corrections to the rover, eliminating most positioning errors.
